What is Tops Dress's return policy?

Returns or Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for unworn dresses that have  tags or defective items.To be eligible for refund , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We reserve the right to require your name, address, and telephone number on all returns and exchanges, and for returns without a receipt you will be required to present a valid government-issued ID. If a discount was applied to the original purchase, the return amount will be adjusted accordingly; items assigned a "Return Value" take into account any discount that was given on the original transaction, which shows the price that you will receive if you return the merchandise.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days after the product has been received by the customer.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your Dresses item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Return & Refund 

 Please follow the below steps to complete a return:

1) Customer messages our support team to confirm the correct return address.

2) Customer sends the product back to the address we provided within 14 days after the product has been received by the customer.

3) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

6) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.processing time is depending on your card issuer's policies.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
